Viburnum x bodnantense “Dawn”

Origin: Wales. Deciduous shrub with upright habit. Elliptic leaves which are at first bronze and later become dark green and then reddish in autumn. Flowers from December to February-March on bare branches, pink in bud, whitish-pink when open. The flowers are strongly scented and clustered in bunches on the previous year’s branches. No special requirements as regards soil, used singly or in groups or hedging.
